Every year in October two of the best things ever combine to make an amazing weekend of awesomeness. Our love for horror and music is celebrated and one giant party ensues.

Rock and Shock (for those of you who are unfamiliar) is a three day combo horror convention and film/music festival in Worcester, MA. It promises celebs from horror movies and cult classics, screenings of movies from the horror genre, and big names in the underground music scene. This year's Celeb lineup included stars from horror classics such as Friday the 13th, The Exorcist, Halloween, Child's Play and Land of The Dead. Some of this years musical acts included Ministry, Superjoint, The Amity Affliction, King Parrot, Cane Hill and Adam Green's Haddonfield.

This year Rock and Shock convention kicked off on Friday the 13th with guests such as Kane Hodder who played Jason in four films from the series. Derek Mears who plays Jason in the 2009 re-imagined version. John Carl Buechler who directed Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood and Tom Savini who worked his iconic makeup skills on the set of Friday the 13th and Friday the 13th The final chapter.

Prepare to take a few trips to your car over the weekend to stash your swag!

Along with several showings of many films Rock and Shock also has panels where you can sit and listen to your favorite actors and directors talk about films they have worked on.

The three of us were lucky enough to sit in on some great panels like 10 years of Victor Crowley with Director of the Hatchet franchise Adam Green, Kane Hodder who plays Victor Crowley in the film series and several others actors from the film series.

We also sat in on the Child's Play Panel with Alex Vincent and Christine Elise
Which gave us insight on the new film Cult of Chucky.

With so much to do, our weekend was jam packed with fun. There were many photo ops which we unfortunately did not take advantage of since we were busy getting some great interviews for you guys! Check those on our latest episode airing soon!

The Weekend flew by and sadly came to an end. The busy hustle of horror merch eventually quiets down guests pack up their tables and say farewell.

We were extremely lucky to be able to take part in such an awesome event and we want to thank Michael Welch and all of our amazing friends for making it one of the best weekends yet! Thank you to everyone who supports the show! We love being involved in this amazing community! We can't wait for next year!!
